• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition, to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or Worn Items: Any items that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return.

• Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-sized pouches are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item unless defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
